So, who is Imari Really?

Good question. Take a look at this quirky little timeline.

I started my first

production company at 17.

I wanted to make things that would make people think.

I created content with something to say.

This brought me to California.

Eventually this brought me to California.

Where I directed content that would go on to reach hundreds of millions of people.

By 26 I had collaborated with organizations like Nike, worked on projects with people like Deepak Chopra, and been nominated for a Streamy Award.

But it was nothing compared to what came next.

After almost a decade of productive and successful years in the industry…

I quit.

I had gotten so far in an industry that was so notoriously hard to break into, looked around and realized that while I had been afforded and achieved so much, I still didn’t feel like myself.

The confidence I thought would come with the success wasn’t there. The fulfillment I hoped would accompany the impact was nowhere to be found.

So I went looking for what was missing.

I taught, I listened, and I learned.

I hosted retreats to support other powerful people in creating balance between internal and external success.

I shared my knowledge with young up and comers searching for purpose, passion, and fulfillment.

I explored my creativity, facilitating live experiences from

fashion shows to movement workshops.

And in all this I learned two things:

1. People tend to forget who they are.

2. I’m very good at reminding them.

So I took the experiences of External “Success”

avenal2.JPG

How To Stay Motivated...

How To Be Productive…

How To Achieve…

and combined them with my new-found lessons of internal success…

How To Communicate Clearly

How To Create Authentically...

How To Keep Confidence...

and created a one-of-a-kind coaching program & workshops

that i’ve taken around the world.

So now, after breaking out of my mental prison,

I make the keys for others to get out of theirs.
